By downloading, installing, or using OptionsWhisper ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OptionsWhisper is an options trading companion app that provides market data, options chain analysis, profit/loss calculations, and portfolio tracking. The App is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in this App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. You should not treat any of the App's content as such. Options trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. You could lose some or all of your investment. Before making any investment decisions, consult with a qualified financial advisor.
OptionsWhisper offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
While we strive to provide accurate market data and calculations, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information in the App. Market data may be delayed. The Black-Scholes model and other calculations are theoretical approximations and may not reflect actual market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of OptionsWhisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of your use of the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by OptionsWhisper and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
