Actress Meg Ryan has quickly secured a buyer for her opulent Hamptons estate in Bridgehampton, NY, listed at $15.25 million. The property, which sits on a 1.5-acre parcel, went under contract just weeks after being listed on May 29, indicating a swift transaction in the luxury real estate market.

Ryan purchased the home in late 2024 for $13.5 million, meaning she stands to make a significant profit if the sale closes near her asking price. This latest real estate venture follows her successful sale of a Montecito, CA home for $16.8 million, demonstrating her acumen in high-end property renovations and sales.

The Bridgehampton residence, originally built in 2016, offers nearly 5,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It boasts classic Hamptons charm with modern updates, including vaulted ceilings, five fireplaces, a sunken living room, an expansive chef's kitchen, and a geothermal heating and cooling system. The outdoor features include a heated Gunite swimming pool, a covered porch with an outdoor fireplace, and a long gated driveway ensuring privacy.

Evan R. Kulman of Compass held the listing, while Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. Although the final sale price and the buyer's identity have not been publicly disclosed, the rapid sale underscores the continued demand for well-curated, private luxury homes in the Hamptons market, even amidst broader real estate fluctuations.
