The highest tier, priced at $300,000 for some potential sponsors, guaranteed a speaking slot at the event with significant input on panel composition and topics. Additionally, this premium package included a private dinner for 30 guests with both Secretary Kennedy and Mehmet Oz, who heads the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
This development comes amidst Kennedy's recent activities, including a keynote address at a Children's Health Defense conference, a group he previously chaired. During this speech, he assured anti-vaccine activists of their strong ally in the White House and highlighted the administration's efforts to scale back vaccine guidance and reshape advisory boards, steps that have faced criticism from medical associations and a judge-imposed halt. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro publicly criticized Kennedy for addressing the "premier vaccine-denial conference" during a measles outbreak.
