Alexandre Arnault, Deputy CEO of Moët Hennessy, LVMH's wines and spirits division, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of NIKE, Inc. Arnault has held his current role since February 2025. This appointment is expected to help Nike evolve its global brands, innovate, and grow in a dynamic marketplace.

Hill believes Arnault's expertise in innovation, digital transformation, and brand building will be instrumental in strengthening Nike's consumer connections, sharpening its competitive edge, and accelerating its global growth.
Before his current position, Arnault served four years as Executive Vice President of Product, Communications and Industrial at Tiffany & Co., where he was crucial in revitalizing the brand. He also spearheaded LVMH’s acquisition of RIMOWA and subsequently served as its CEO for four years, transforming its business model and brand positioning. His earlier career involved digital innovation and technology investment at LVMH and Agache, following his tenure at McKinsey & Company and KKR.
Arnault also sits on the Board of Directors at LVMH and is a trustee of The Museum of Modern Art in New York. He has previously served on the boards of Carrefour, Birkenstock, and Moncler. His appointment to Nike's board is seen as a strategic move to leverage his experience in luxury brand management and digital innovation.
