Apollo Global Management has provided $585 million in financing to The Executive Centre, a co-working firm backed by KKR and Tiga Investments. This funding package is intended to refinance existing debt and support the company's expansion, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. This transaction represents one of the largest private credit deals for a real estate company in the APAC region.
The Executive Centre had previously sought to raise capital. In December 2023, the company boosted a planned loan to $280 million from an initial $235 million. More recently, in August 2026, it was reported that The Executive Centre was targeting approximately $500 million in new borrowing for refinancing and strategic growth. Roughly $280 million of that package was earmarked to replace current borrowings.
This move by Apollo aligns with its broader strategy to expand its private credit business, as evidenced by its $35 billion debt offering to Broadcom Inc. and its $20 billion target for financing projects in Mexico. KKR, The Executive Centre's backer, has also been increasingly active in private credit and asset-based finance, including a $500 million commitment to Galaxy Container Solutions and a $550 million term loan for KKR Real Estate Finance Trust. The demand for flexible office space in the Asia-Pacific region is projected to grow from $16.1 billion in 2026 to $28.8 billion by 2031, with a compound annual growth rate of 12.3%.
