The Trump Organization, in collaboration with Biograpi Living, Archi Group, The Sapir Organization, Blox Group, and Finvest Georgia, announced the development of Trump Tower Tbilisi. This 70-story luxury skyscraper, designed by Gensler, will be the tallest building in Georgia and marks the first Trump-branded project in the region. It is positioned as a landmark for global luxury living, highlighting Tbilisi's emergence as a key business hub and gateway between Eastern Europe and Asia, and its growing appeal to international luxury property buyers.

The Trump Tower Tbilisi will be the centerpiece of the larger $2 billion Tbilisi Downtown development, which includes six towers spanning approximately 600,000 square meters. The mixed-use project will feature luxury residences, high-end retail, a branded luxury hotel, dining, and entertainment offerings. Prime residential values in key Tbilisi districts have seen annual increases of 7 to 10 percent, reflecting the city's rising profile among global buyers.

This project represents a significant global expansion for The Trump Organization and marks The Sapir Organization's first international commercial development. Key Georgian partners include Archi Group, the largest real estate developer in Georgia with over 18% market share, and Biograpi Living, backed by INVIA, a diversified business group with up to $700 million in annual turnover. Other partners include Blox Group, a diversified holding company, and Finvest Georgia, an investment company with a portfolio including premium hospitality and energy assets. The involvement of these companies underscores a blend of local and international business interests in this high-profile development.
