Interpath, a global financial advisory firm, is aggressively pursuing acquisitions in key international markets, including the US, Italy, Australia, and Singapore. This expansion drive follows its recent acquisition by Bridgepoint for £800 million. This deal significantly increased Interpath's valuation, more than doubling the £380 million paid by its previous owner, HIG Capital, in 2021.

The firm, which spun off from KPMG UK, aims to bolster its global presence and directly compete with established rivals such as AlixPartners and FTI Consulting. Interpath plans to broaden its advisory services, which currently account for 40% of its total revenue, and leverage Bridgepoint's expertise in scaling professional services platforms. The company, led by CEO Mark Raddan, reported UK revenue of £198.9 million for the year ending March 2025 and employs over 1,000 professionals across 12 countries.

Bridgepoint's investment is expected to accelerate Interpath's international expansion, talent acquisition, and service diversification. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, is anticipated to close in late Q2 or Q3 2026. This strategic move highlights Interpath's ambition to evolve beyond its restructuring heritage into a more diversified global advisory powerhouse.
