The Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts, known for preparing students for Harvard University and as an alma mater of John F. Kennedy, is planning to borrow approximately $35 million. This borrowing is intended for significant upgrades to its campus facilities.

The funds from the bond sale will specifically target the renovation of the primary academic building and an athletic facility. The athletic facility is versatile, housing an ice rink during the winter months and converting to tennis courts in the spring.

Founded in 1866, the school maintains its reputation as a feeder to prestigious institutions. The bond sale is part of a larger $68.5 million project, with the remaining balance being covered by donor contributions. The bonds are expected to be priced on September 1st and have received an AA- rating from S&P Global Ratings.
