As part of this break, Grande has pulled out of an upcoming London West End revival of Stephen Sondheim’s "Sunday in the Park With George." This production would have reunited her with her "Wicked" co-star Jonathan Bailey. Empire Street Productions, the company behind the musical, confirmed her withdrawal, stating she has their "complete understanding and support.
Grande's representative emphasized that the singer is looking forward to finishing her current tour "on a high note, both healthily and happily." The statement also clarified that her decision to not appear in the upcoming season of "American Horror Story" was due to scheduling conflicts with her tour, not related to her planned hiatus.
