SERHANT., the luxury real estate and media company, has announced a significant expansion into Texas, opening offices simultaneously in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. This move brings 13 founding agents and six independent brokerages into the firm's network, with these entities collectively closing nearly $1.5 billion in sales volume over the past 12 months. This expansion follows the firm's entry into California earlier this year and marks its presence in 17 states, a rapid growth trajectory since it began expanding outside New York in 2023.
The Texas operations will be led by Susana Sarvis, a Houston native with over 17 years in the industry, as managing director and broker of record. Sarvis previously held leadership roles at Real Brokerage, Compass, and John Daugherty, Realtors. Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO, stated that this expansion is strategic due to Texas's structural importance and dynamic luxury markets. The firm emphasizes its proprietary AI platform, S.MPLE, and media infrastructure as key attractors for the joining brokerages.
Six independent brokerages are rebranding under SERHANT. rather than being acquired. These include Truss Real Estate and CitiQuest Properties in Houston, Evoke Realty (serving Austin, San Antonio, and Coastal Bend), MRA Realtors in Dallas-Fort Worth, and KF Real Estate and Steele Portfolio Real Estate (now The Ausperity Group at SERHANT.) in Austin. The North Texas luxury market, in particular, has shown robust growth, with sales of homes priced above $10 million more than doubling since 2023, reaching $231 million in 2025. This expansion highlights the firm's strategic focus on rapidly growing luxury markets.
