Table Space, an Indian co-working and managed office space provider, is reportedly gearing up for an IPO with a fresh issue size of around $120 million (₹1,000 crore). The company has also made significant financial strides, with its revenue surging by 50% year-over-year to $163 million (₹1,360 crore) in fiscal year 2025, exceeding the $120 million (₹1,000 crore) mark. Notably, during the same period, its net profit nearly tripled to $1.75 million (₹14.6 crore) after adjusting for exceptional items.
In preparation for its public debut, Table Space has proposed a pre-IPO funding round. The company has also successfully raised $120 million (₹1,000 crore) in pre-IPO funding through Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and private placements, demonstrating strong investor confidence. This funding strategy indicates a robust financial outlook and readiness for the IPO.
Table Space operates in a booming sector, particularly in Bengaluru, which accounts for over 45% of the managed workspace market. The company has a substantial portfolio, having leased 4.6 lakh square feet in Bengaluru, bringing its total portfolio to over 4.2 million square feet. This expansion highlights Table Space's aggressive growth trajectory and its significant presence in key Indian markets.
