AT&T Inc. has recently issued new euro and sterling bonds. On April 27, 2026, the company issued three euro-obligations in USD: $1.75 billion with a 5.25% coupon maturing in 2036, sold at 99.625% of par; $2 billion with a 6.2% coupon maturing in 2056, sold at 100% of par; and $1 billion with a 6.3% coupon maturing in 2066, sold at 99.564% of par. These issuances totaled $4.75 billion and were placed by a syndicate of banks including Banco Bilbao (BBVA), JP Morgan, Mizuho Financial Group, Banco Santander, Societe Generale, SMBC Nikko Capital, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Intesa Sanpaolo, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, RBS, PNC Bank, and RBC Capital Markets.
Prior to this, on March 7, 2026, AT&T Inc. also issued bonds in CAD, totaling $1.25 billion and $1 billion, maturing in 2036 and 2056, respectively. Furthermore, on January 31, 2026, AT&T issued additional euro-obligations in USD amounting to $1.15 billion, $1.25 billion, $1.1 billion, and $1.5 billion, maturing in 2032, 2035, 2045, and 2054.
Among its existing bonds, AT&T has a 3.55% bond maturing on September 15, 2037, denominated in GBP, with a total volume in circulation of £1 billion, equivalent to $1.3425 billion. Another existing euro-obligation is a 1.8% bond maturing on September 5, 2026, denominated in EUR, with an issuance amount of €1.489 billion. The company has been active in the bond market with several new issuances across different currencies and maturities.
