Donald Trump's recent financial disclosures, spanning over 230 pages and covering his first year back in the White House, highlight a substantial expansion of his business empire, particularly through capitalizing on his political prominence. One of the largest income sources was a $57 million token sale through WLF Holdco LLC, a Trump family crypto company. Additionally, his private clubs generated significant revenue, with Mar-a-Lago bringing in over $50.1 million, although this was down from about $57 million in a previous filing.

The disclosures also detail millions earned from a variety of licensing deals. Trump made more than $1.3 million from Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA” Bible, $2.5 million from Trump sneakers and fragrances, and $2.8 million from “Trump Watches.” A “45” guitar, denoting his presidential term, also yielded over $1 million. Separately, Melania Trump earned $475,000 for a speaking engagement with the Log Cabin Republicans and nearly $217,000 from NFT sales.

On the cryptocurrency front, Trump was reported to own between $1 million and $5 million worth of Ethereum. Furthermore, other sources provide different figures, with a Fox Business report mentioning over $1 billion in crypto-related income, including more than $500 million from sales by World Liberty Financial and $635 million in royalties from "Celebration Coins" tied to CIC Digital LLC.

However, the filings also reveal significant financial liabilities. Trump reported over $50 million owed to the New York attorney general and E. Jean Carroll due to civil judgments. This includes the $454 million he was ordered to pay in a civil fraud case by the New York Attorney General Letitia James, which is currently under appeal.

Earlier financial disclosures from 2023 indicated a lower valuation for Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, valuing it between $5 million and $25 million, significantly less than the potential $9 billion once hoped for with its merger deal. These earlier filings also showed over $200 million in debts, though Trump had paid off some substantial loans, including ones valued at over $50 million on Trump Tower and Trump Doral.
