Actress Katherine Heigl has placed her sprawling Utah property on the market for an asking price of $10.6 million. The estate, situated in Oakley, Utah, about 20 minutes from Park City, has been her primary residence for the past 13 years with her husband, Josh Kelley, and their three children. Heigl initially sought a quieter life away from the Hollywood spotlight, embracing small-town living in Summit County.

The approximately 15-acre property offers significant seclusion and privacy within a gated community. The main house features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, high ceilings, stone fireplaces, and balconies that provide extensive views of the valley. A luxurious primary suite includes a high-end bathroom with green onyx-like tile and a walk-in closet.

In addition to the main residence, the estate includes a separate apartment, complete with its own kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a laundry room, suitable for guests. The property also boasts unique amenities like a 50-by-50-foot organic garden and an art studio. Heigl has been active in the local community, serving as an animal rights activist and preparing for her first solo art exhibition at Park City's Gallery MAR.

The decision to sell comes after previous reports that Heigl had listed the house for $4 million in 2020. She has openly discussed how living in Utah helped her manage anxiety and provided a more centered life for her family. Heigl, known for her roles in "Grey's Anatomy" and "Firefly Lane," has been preparing for a comeback in the entertainment industry.
